We are only charging $6 a month for our lists. You can cancel anytime and are under no obligation for a minimum commitment period.

We just posted 90 properties in Alberta, and 35 properties in Ontario.

I’d love to. Do you have a specific question? Our members are knowledgeable and so are we. Just post a question on the Frequently Asked Question’s page (FAQ)

I am hesitant to become a subscriber when B.C. doesn’t even appear to be listed here.
This is where I am interested in purchasing tax properties, when might B.C. be included?

    • Sarah S says:

There isn’t a lot of information about BC properties, but I am actively trying to find out more information. I do know that Vancouver has one sale a year and it is in November. They won’t post their listings until October.

Hi, I tried to subscribe with all my visa information 3 times and it just does not work. It keeps saying enter the information but does not seemt to accept the information.

I am not sure what the issue might be. We have had other people successfully enter their information yesterday and today. I wish I knew how to answer your question better.

Are you gonna have properties in Quebec?

Is there a way to access information about tax sales in saskatchewan?

    • Sarah S says:

Saskatchewan leaves it up to each municipality on how they advertise their sales. The best recommendation is to contact the treasurer in the municipality that you are interested in and ask them. If you need help locating a contact person…let us know and we will see what we can do for you.
