Ontario Sample #2

Welcome to Canada Tax Sales’ Sample page.

This sample is not a current listing, but is simply an example of the information you would receive as a premium subscriber.

The main purpose of my site is to allow you the ability to quickly search the open auction listings without having to dig through printed sources and through the depths of the internet.

Our site organizes the listings by date and location.  Some auctions are publicized months in advanced, some only weeks. Our goal is to help you stay up-to-date on auction listings, while saving you the time and frustration of having to search past archives for listings that may only be advertised once.

Lastly, we add the contact information you need to obtain more information about the sales.

    Hello.

How often do these auctions take place and why are there no pictures of these properties.. it would be so much easier to make decisions when you have a visual.

    Please advise.

The individual provinces determine when auctions take place. There is a date listed on each auction and that is all the information I am given. I try my best to post them quickly, so there is plenty of time for people to do their research. As far as pictures go, they don’t provide pictures and I don’t have the time to find one for each listing. I agree it would be nice, but it isn’t something I can realistically accomplish. The job of the investor is to do all the due diligence necessary to make an informed decision. It may consist of contacting the number listed on the actual listing, hiring a lawyer to do additional research, searching public records, traveling to the area to visit a property (check first . . . some don’t allow you to walk on the property prior to the sale), etc. This site is a starting point. Once you see something that sparks your interest, you will need to go the extra mile to determine if that property is right for you.
